Founded in 2009, Bill Skrapits, founder of Premier Wine Blends, saw that the help and assistance in the marketplace for small wineries outside of California was sparse. Many of the steps and challenges that all small wineries face are the same, but most states are still redeveloping their wine industry after the days of Prohibition.  Because California had a head start on the other states, our paths and timelines are different.
